Have tried numerous ways to Stop getting a denial on a credit for which I have proof. Can’t even get it listed as uncredited even with proof of a contract. No one here responds. I should say no one from IMDB. How can a person correct their denial when no one will listen? How do you send an attachment to prove you are correct?

I did that...followed all directions. Nothing. It also doesn’t let you send an attachment of proof. Even to fix an uncredited credit, there is no way to attach proof. Any other suggestions?

Hi, Kenneth. Okay. If the evidence is not too sensitive, then consider posting it on the forum. Clicking the camera icon button is the first step in the process of uploading and embedding an image in a new post.

Well it feels personal and a person shouldn’t have to post on a public site to get a response . But I did post it on another post I had where an official rep, Michelle, gave me the same info you gave me above. She has not responded since. Again nothing. So the evidence is posted even tho I’m uncomfortable with it being there and absolutely nothing. I am discouraged with this site in terms of getting anything done or corrected.

If you have a screengrab of the final credits from the film showing your name should be sufficient to get a credit accepted.

Kenneth, If you would post anything here, then please remember to use an image manipulation program to blot out your mailing address and any government-issued identification numbers (like for taxes or so).

Hello Kenneth,
Is a contract enough to get listed on the IMDb?
Sometimes people get a contract, they might even do the work and even be paid for it, but then their work is cut and they don’t finish up being in the production.
What the IMDb want to see is proof that the person was in the production as it was first released.

For actors that means being listed in the on-screen credits and/or being visible and recognisable in the production as it was first released.

To get an uncredited listing they need to have at least one credited listing.

Kenneth, if the credit is for the acting category, then you should post a screenshot from the scene of the movie in which the character you portray appears.
