Hi, Adam. You have to scroll down the page to where it reads “Edit Page” in a yellow box. There, you should be able to make the changes you wish. I hope that helps.

Are you questioning that it "IS" easy to change something about the movie?
Or are asking "HOW" to change something about the movie?

Well, I am a journalist from Czech rep. and I have a suspicion, that this movie is actually just hoax. So I am asking, if possibility of editing every information about this movie could imply, that this film is just made-out thing.

Hi Adam,

I do not know how familiar you are with IMDb, but any registered contributor can add and edit any information on it, as far as it follows the site guidelines. So yes, it is possible to find fakes and hoaxes, especially for non-Western films, for which there would be less contributors to scrutinize and challenge the entries.

If you have reasonable reasons to believe that this is a hoax, you can share your thoughts here. Then you can request the title to be deleted, mentioning this discussion.

Does it help?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I am not really familiar with IMDb guidliens to be honest, but I spotted, that budget of this movie changed on IMDb several times.
Firstly it was 82 million CZK, than 100 CZK, than 82 million CZK again and now it is 1 000 000 000 CZK, which is absurd. So anyone who registered as an contributor can chcange this information without proving anything?

No, they usually have to prove everything in their submission.

I'm in contact with authors of this project and they don't know about this changes. So someone had to do this without proving anything.

Hello Adam Smeták
What makes you think that The Drummer & The Princess (2018) is a hoax?
It hasn't been given a release date yet.
It's usually required that the contributor supplies some proof that the title exists.

Its authors are in serious debt. Director faces insolvency and producer's bussiness is very shady. They stated, that film will cost 82 million CZK, which is lot of money.
But there is no evidence of any investor, they have no previous experience in cinematography and its produced by another shady company named Angels Pictures ltd which was created las year and this is its only product.
Also there are no other known names working on this except director and producer.

They also aired this trailer, which doesn't look like a thing for 82-million project.

There a hundreds of in production projects that may never see a screening. This sounds like one of them. It sounds like your thoughts are leaning in the direction of removing this listing. This is unlikely. Several projects in production, have been "In Production" for very long periods of time. Some as high as 10 years or better.

One notable "Shady Producer" from a long time ago in the US was Ed Wood. Maybe this guy is your Czech equivalent of Ed Wood! Ed wood did finally turn out a picture and the rest is history.

Hi, Adam Smeták. Thanks! But listen, sir. Nobody (no person, no family, no company, no organization, no community, no military, no government) is absolutely immune to falling victim to fraud, forgeries, counterfeits, hoaxes and stuff like that. If you can prove a hoax for which IMDb is victim, then by all means, please do.

Watched the You Tube Vid. CGI is not cheap. Yes it is about 10 or so years behind Monsters Inc., in quality. But I got a couple of chuckles from it.
Here is something to ponder. Monsters Inc had a Budget of $115,000,000 (estimated) So it cost 1.25 Million US Dollars a minute to make.
Now this Movie....1.25 X 2.33 = 2.9 Million US Dollars. If they are starting a Production company on top of the cost of making it, then the cost is not out of line.
For M. Inc the equipment was already there as was the production company....Pixar.

Adam Smeták, as you probably understand by now, your technical capacity to change almost anything about tt7705056 is not a flaw but a feature of IMDb. All edit/add/delete/upload/report submissions are subject to the approval of IMDb's data-editing staff, but sometimes nonsense or false information slips through. I can assure that for the particular case at hand, the fakeness is not necessarily obvious. You can even see members of the Community here discussing that very question too.
