It hasn't been given a release date yet.
It's usually required that the contributor supplies some proof that the title exists.

Its authors are in serious debt. Director faces insolvency and producer's bussiness is very shady. They stated, that film will cost 82 million CZK, which is lot of money.
But there is no evidence of any investor, they have no previous experience in cinematography and its produced by another shady company named Angels Pictures ltd which was created las year and this is its only product.
Also there are no other known names working on this except director and producer.
They also aired this trailer, which doesn't look like a thing for 82-million project.

There a hundreds of in production projects that may never see a screening. This sounds like one of them. It sounds like your thoughts are leaning in the direction of removing this listing. This is unlikely. Several projects in production, have been "In Production" for very long periods of time. Some as high as 10 years or better.
One notable "Shady Producer" from a long time ago in the US was Ed Wood. Maybe this guy is your Czech equivalent of Ed Wood! Ed wood did finally turn out a picture and the rest is history.

Nobody (no person, no family, no company, no organization, no community, no military, no government) is absolutely immune to falling victim to fraud, forgeries, counterfeits, hoaxes and stuff like that. If you can prove a hoax for which IMDb is victim, then by all means, please do.
