Tatyana Nicholaevna Mickushina is a Russian public figure, philosopher, and founder of the philosophical and ethical Teaching, aimed at the revival of morality in society. T.N. Mickushina’s official website is sirius-eng.net.
Tatyana was born in 1958 in the Russian city of Omsk. At the age of fifteen, during a sports competition, she was seriously injured and subsequently developed a life-threatening illness. She was on the verge of life and death for several days. After surviving the illness, she began to think about the meaning of life and God. She came to the realization that human life is ruled by God and she must find God. Her spiritual search began back then, as she was extremely interested in the world’s spiritual and philosophical teachings that were available to her during this period of time in Russia.
Tatyana Nicholaevna eventually graduated with honors from the Omsk Polytechnic Institute with a specialization in “the design and manufacture of electronic equipment.” Then she worked as a design engineer in a factory for 13 years.
During Perestroika, when the conversion of production began and her salary stopped coming, she had to find another job. For the next ten years, she worked as a chief accountant in various organizations. In the early 1990s, she was engaged in social and political work: she was a co-chair of the social and ecological association the “Green City”, and also participated in the organization of elections, she ran for the municipal and regional Council of deputies in her native city of Omsk.
During that time, Tatyana N. Mickushina’s spiritual search was ongoing. She learned the practice of meditation, from which she mastered the technique that enabled her to receive knowledge from Higher Spheres.
Tatyana Mickushina’s first book, Good and Evil, was written in 2004, focused on the interpretation of The Secret Doctrine by H.P. Blavatsky. The book enabled one to have a different look at the history of human development, and the events associated with the “fall” of angels, the “fall” of mankind. The book obtained positive reviews from a number of scientists.
After that, and for the next 15 years, Tatyana Mickushina wrote over 70 books on spiritual and moral topics. Her works have been translated into many languages, including English, French, Portuguese, German, Ukrainian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian and others, and published in 11 European countries and in the USA.
The works are written in the form of philosophical talks that relate to the mission of man, the foundations of his life, human values, the structure of the universe, etc. They are based on the knowledge received by the author from the Ascended Masters.
She relates in many of her works that in modern society, the ideology of the consumerist society is dominant, and its exorbitant desires are cultivated, with conditions created for their satisfaction. These are the main values of modern man: money, power, selfishness, individualism and the pursuit of pleasures.
In the writings of Ms. Mickushina, the principles of a different ideology are explained logically and consistently, step by step, and are based on Love and faith, on honesty and sincerity, on the rejection of base desires and inferior states of consciousness, on the feeling of fraternity and collectivism, on caring for others, and other similar issues. The author speaks about the crisis of modern society and the need to return to traditional human values. Thus, the ideas of Ms. Mickushina are a continuation of the best ethical Teachings of the past, starting from antiquity.
One of the important postulates in the works of Ms. Mickushina is that the outer world is a mirror, in which our consciousness is reflected. In her work, The Teaching on changing the consciousness, she writes:
“... your consciousness is as important as the question of God, because it is your consciousness that outlasts you and keeps all your life experience and attainments of the whole sequence of your lives. As a matter of fact, the level of your consciousness determines all the events of your life.”
“Inferior states of consciousness can lead to mass unrest and man-made disasters of various degrees. That is because the technocratic civilization relies too heavily on different kinds of equipment that require high-quality performance from the workers who serve it. Therefore, now the whole planet, especially those regions where there is a highly developed civilization, is entering a high-risk zone.”
Thus, a new interpretation of consciousness is given, and its leading role in the formation of the surrounding world is identified, which is similar to the ideas of the followers of subjective idealism.
One of the main thoughts in the writings of the philosopher is - “Perfect world manifests perfect world.”
Other ideas of Ms. Mickushina also prove thought provoking. The work On non-violence speaks about the connection between the level of consciousness of people, the values that dominate society and such phenomena as wars, terrorist attacks, and social explosions. What is important is the call for changing oneself first of all, the need to master the quality of non-violence by each person, the responsibility of each person for what is happening in his country and on the planet as a whole. Tatyana Mickushina’s works on non-violence are a continuation of the teachings on non-violence of such outstanding figures of the past as L. N. Tolstoy and M. Gandhi.
The works of Ms. Mickushina have received a strong positive response from public figures and scientists in various fields, including philosophy and pedagogy. In 2017, Tatyana N. Mickushina was awarded with the Order of the Russian Land for her contribution to the spiritual and moral revival of Russia
