How to change the order in which credits are displayed. I have 47 sound credits on top of 52 actress credits. I want acting credits on top.

Iris: The way that IMDb counts credits for purposes of determining what order your jobs are listed in has a couple of additional rules:
1. If you have more than one separately credited job in the same department on the same title, they count as separate credits. So, for example, if you have credits on the same film as both boom operator and sound editor, that counts as two Sound Department credits. It looks like there are eight films for which you have two separate Sound Department credits, so that would take you up to 55 sound credits instead of 47.
2. If you have credits in multiple episodes of the same TV series, those count as separate credits too. You don't have any TV series credits in the Sound Department, but there is one TV series for which you have Actress credits in two separate episodes. So that takes you up to 53 actress credits instead of 52.
The only way, as far as I know, that you can get your Actress credits listed before your Sound Department credits would be to get three more Actress credits, so you would have 56 Actress and 55 Sound Dept. credits. (Note that three television episodes would count as three separate credits, even if they were all in the same TV series.)
I hope this helps. Good luck!

My Acting credits appear after my Sound Dept. credits. I'd prefer to feature my Acting credits since that's my primary focus. I haven't done Sound work for quite sometime. All my energies are directed to my Acting career. My Sound credits at this point are irrelevant to what I'm doing now. I utilized my IMDB credits primarily for my Acting career. After reading various posts in the forum, this seems to be an issue with a number of people. If you can't modify the order of your credits, can you delete categories?

No, you cannot delete accurate information. Currently the only way to display your acting credits before your sound department credits is to have more acting credits than sound credits.
I know of no plans to change this in the near future but then again, you never know!

Thanks for the response. Maybe if there was a way to link specific categories or at
least have the option to have all category details hidden initially. Let the visiter decide what they want to view. Everything hidden as a default setting.
