There is an unknown episode on the series Renegade titled "Reno's Rodeo" that has no info. I've done a bunch of searches to try and id it, but I'm confident that it was mistaken for Rustlers' Rodeo (s3e7). How can it be deleted assuming there's general concurrence I'm correct.

Rustlers' Rodeo (s3e7)

Mike: If you are sure this correction needs to be made, here's how to do it -- you should merge the erroneous episode into the correct episode.

Go to the page for the incorrectly titled version at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2057106/. Click "Edit page".

On the next screen, scroll down to the Episode Title/Number line (second line from the bottom), and select "Correct" on that line. Click "Continue".

On the next screen, replace the currently listed title Reno's Rodeo with the correct title Rustlers' Rodeo and in the Number box, which is currently blank, enter the episode number 3.7 and then check the box marked "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission". Click "Check these updates".

On the next screen, in the Explanation box, provide your evidence that the "Reno's Rodeo" episode does not exist and that it is an error for "Rustlers' Rodeo".

You will also get a warning that says, "This matches an existing episode. Are you sure you want to merge all data of this episode into "Renegade" (1992) {Rustlers' Rodeo (#3.7)}?" That's what you want, so check the box marked "Warning understood, go ahead anyway." Click "Re-check these updates".

On the next screen, your data should appear with a green background, and you should be able to click "Submit these updates".

Allow a few days for the correction to be processed. Good luck!

doing the merge, will it cause this name (Reno's Rodeo) to be attached to the correct episode title, like maybe as an aka? Also the bad one has an odd date, will that then attach to the combined title?
I remember doing a merge for some reason not too long ago, but don't recall the circumstances of the titles. In this case, the bad ep is truly bad and just needs to go away as there's nothing in it that should be brought over. I think in the one merge I've done, there was info on the other title that needed brought over.
thx in adv.

There are no alternate titles on episodes so you don't need to worry about that. The release date will likely be carried to the new episode though so it's best to remove it first before the merge.

Thanks,
Will
