How to find my older reviews now that the individual user review page has changed

I have over 1,000 reviews logged on IMDb, but the new change to the "My Reviews" page that houses all my reviews http://www.imdb.com/user/ur2496397/reviews only lists the last 10 reviews at a time, meaning I would have to hit "Load more" 100 times to see my earliest reviews, and there is no way on this page for me to find a review of a specific film without hitting load more 1-100 times until it shows up, or to order my reviews alphabetically, for example, to find a specific reviews.

So my question is two-fold: Is there any way for me to, say, go to a specific film title's page and find my review on that page? And if not, are there plans to enhance the features of the new My Reviews page to allow me to better find old reviews?

IMDb, removing the "order by" options and number of reviews that show at a time on this page when updating the look and feel was a terrible oversight and disservice to the reviewers who have contributed countless reviews to your system and may want to access any given review easily at any moment. If you don't plan to make any changes, I would appreciate your workaround suggestions, or I may stop contributing altogether.
