Ok, here is a duplicated image that is primary on multiple episodes (to clarify, not one image tagged to multiple ep's). I'm not positive but pretty sure it's part of the opening sequence as best I can recall from having watched it long ago.
If I try to delete them, they will be rejected. So how to fix it?
