Also, the plot outline for the next episode states that she is back in town: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6294696/reference Would that be enough or would my submission be declined again?

I watched the More Than a Memory episode and confirm these are all the women scenes pictured:
If editors checked against the video, they might confused thinking that Sharon Lawrence stands for Debra Winger ;))
And btw, Debra Winger is in opening credits.
