How to reorder a custom list? Only type numbers or drag and drop?

To reorder a list, is the only way to type in numbers in the boxes to the left of the items? Is it possible to drag and arrange them? Seems very difficult to order and re-arrange long lists.

edit: ok, seems like no drag and drop to rearrange the list. So the only option is to manually type in numbers into the little box?
