http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6258943/ this page showing name in wrong order, first and last name should be switched between them, correct name should be "Valentina Iofe", but there s no way to switch name, i heard the order get corrected after some times, but its been long time the first and last has not been switched, what to do now? is not there any way to correct them?

It is possible you entered the name incorrectly for the correction. In the "Name Correction or Merge" entry, I entered "Valentina Iofe" which the site autocorrects to "Iofe, Valentina" which it then says isn't in the database. Is it possible you entered it like it already was as "Iofe Valentina" without the comma?
You should get something like this:

At the bottom of the screen, choose the radio button "Correct the name to 'Iofe, Valentina' - do not merge it with another name."
