How do I upload a trailer to my film that already has a film page on IMDB?

Hi Col I just submitted for the Scorecard and I just got this reply ''We are reviewing our policies and will be pausing the Scorecard feature until further notice''.
So what should I do?
I need to upload this trailer asap, I dont understand why this isnt a simple procedure with IMDB

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Problem Uploading Trailer to IMDB!.

I've just submitted for a Scorecard to upload my trailer to IMDB and this is the reply I just received ''We are reviewing our policies and will be pausing the Scorecard feature until further notice.''
Now what should I do, I really need to upload this trailer, why is it so difficult to do so, surely Im not asking for much from IMDB as a filmmaker.

I've taken a look at your help desk contacts from this email address, I'm unable to see any scorecard requests - can you confirm if this was done from another account and I can look into this further for you.

It says I have 1 pending request(s) waiting to be processed.
It must be in IMDB's Scorecard email mail box then, can you please check Joel

Processing of Scorecard Applications are currently on-hold while we review possible changes to the service, you are welcome to reach out to us in a few weeks for an update on when we will be accepting applications again, however, applications are not being reviewed right now.

Ok 2 weeks, sounds good hope it's made a bit simpler - uploading a trailer onto IMDB has become an inside-joke with filmmaker! lol x thank you

I just spoke with an IMDB employee and he says that my Scorecard hasnt been received by my email: ants-productions@hotmail.co.uk
But on my IMDB page it says I have have ''1 pending request(s) waiting to be processed''
This is embarrassing which one is it IMDB......?
All I want to do is upload my new Trailer but instead I've been stuck in this position for 2 weeks, is there someone at IMDB who can make this happen and fix it?

Hi Fabrizio -

Yes, please wait a few weeks and then check-back here on the status; unfortunately, with the Scorecard Service being on hold we don't have an easy alternative to get your Trailer uploaded to the site, we understand that this isn't ideal, but rest assured that we are working as quickly as we can to get the service back in action.
