I work for a company that finishes movies and tv shows (color, vfx, final edit, titles) for production companies. My company gets a screen credit on these shows but I do not get an individual credit. How can I get my credit added to imdb?

You can't.

If the company did not get an on-screen credit, then you could legitimately submit a Crew credit in the appropriate department with the (uncredited) attribute. However, in this case your credit is deemed to be included in the Company credit. Only if you also are listed on screen may you have the personal credit.

This is documented in IMDb Credit Eligibility Top Frequently Asked Questions which includes the paragraph :
Finally, you must have been credited as an individual person. If a company or team worked on a film (for example a visual effects company) and received an on-screen credit for its contribution, then an individual who worked as part of that company or team is not eligible to be listed in IMDb because he's already covered by the collective company credit. In other words, if company XYZ worked on a film production and is credited on the film, you are not eligible for a credit even if you were a XYZ employee at the time unless you received on-screen billing under your own name.
and also in I worked on a film but did not receive a screen credit. Can I be listed in the database? which states:
If a company or team worked on a film (for example a visual effects company) and received an onscreen credit for its contribution, then an individual who worked as part of that company or team is not eligible to be listed in IMDb, even as 'uncredited', because he's already covered by the collective company credit.

Sorry I don't have better news.
