I've tried using "Report post," a few times, filling in for "Other," and it was no help. It isn't ambiguous at all, so I don't think the report is being evaluated and rejected - it's a drawing of an ejaculating penis. Definitely does not meet IMDb community standards.

Wait a little longer and if still nothing, re-post it as "Report a Problem." Staff will be more likely to check it out as opposed to asking a question threads which usually get answered by users.
