Hmmm, there was a link to this on the Top 250 page, but I can't find it any more:

However, this isn't quite what some people want as it works on ratings, so see this:

There's a (relatively recently added) feature on the top250 page (and available for all title lists) to track what you've seen, without having to commit to a rating.
