Go to your IMDb page and click the Edit page button at the bottom. You'll find a long list of different fields of information you can edit. About halfway down the list there's a group for Biographical Information, and in that section you'll find a field for Biography. In the drop-down box next to it, select "Add 1 item", the click the Continue button at the bottom, and then follow the instructions to add a biography to your profile.
