How do I create a spoiler drop down window?

I know how to use the [spoiler][/spoiler] thing, but I want to know how to create it where there is an empty box that you have to manually click on in order to see the spolier instead of just mousing over the red "Spoiler!Spoiler!Spolier!" text.

The IMDb Boards uses a variant of Bulletin Board Code (BBCode), which is a lightweight markup language used to format posts in many message boards. Some implementations of BBCode allow an empty box that the user needs to manually click. The IMDb Board software does not include that feature.
