How do I get credit from a movie that has listed my name under the crew for my IMDB profile??

Which Mike Dougherty are you? Since Mike Dougherty (IX) has only the one credit what you need to do is to merge that Mike Dougherty and your Mike Dougherty (??) following the instructions provided here:

Make sure you follow the directions correctly to get (IX) merged into your name, not the other way around.
