I am trying to find a particular film festival that I do event planning for and would like to be able to send potential sponsors and others that we want to know what they can see at the festival.

While the IMDb will list the festival screening date on a film's "Release Date" section (assuming someone submits that information), there's nowhere on the IMDb that officially displays all the films together.

The IMDb does allow its users to create lists themselves. For example, my list of the films screening at the Toronto Film Festival - http://www.imdb.com/list/MIFof9GuicE/. You could do the same for your festival.

If you're logged in to the IMDb the starting point for creating a new list is here: http://www.imdb.com/list/create. Once you have the list created you can add titles by going to a film's page, clicking on the dropdown next to the [ + Watchlist ] button, and clicking on your list's name.

If you have a Pro subscription, and if the Festival you are working for is one of :
Oscar
Golden Globe
British Academy Award
Primetime Emmy Award
European Film Award
Cannes
Sundance
Venice
Toronto
Slamdance
Berlin

you can get a list of Winners, Nominees, or All by using Advanced Search. The option is right at the bottom, and I could only find it on the Pro search, not the base system.
