How/ where do I reply to YOUR reply to me? The contact # 9878462 was made 9/22/13 - You replied on 9/24/13 #10751594: "Please hang in there and we'll be getting back to you as quickly as we possibly can!" I will like to add more information that might make my request for a fix clearer to you. It has been almost a month now and the correction has NOT been made

You can add the information in here if there are no privacy concerns. Although that reply just means "we are busy, but don't worry we haven't forgotten about you", so it might just be a matter of waiting.

No harm in adding more information.

Help Desk messages should contain, at the bottom right, at "reply" link you can click and send a reply back. I'd use that if you're utilizing Help Desk for your submission problem.

Otherwise, to add evidence to a submission of data, you'd use this form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver..., or staff has been accepting them, pasted into messages here on this board, as Emperor said.

You could always explain what's going on here and users or staff can let you know what you need to do to get eligible credits listed.
