ORTF, the French national audiovisual agency (radio and TV) was dismantled in 1974, and split into 7 different state-owned companies (at the time).
INA still exists but I do not think they manage former copyrights anymore.

Since the movie was 44 years old I figured the only contact that would be worth finding would be the actual producers instead of the production companies.
