Atop nearly every IMDb page is a link to the Help center.
When I enter "email watchlist" in the search box, the second result looks promising:
Site preferences
The first line talks about Email preferences, and includes a link.
When you follow that link, scroll down to see 2 options for emailed Watchlist information.

Which titles do you think should have generated an email?
Here's what the Help says Watchlist should do:
  • Watchlisted Show on Tonight - When a show from your Watchlist is airing, we will send you a short message.
  • Watchlisted Movies in Wide Release - When a movie on your Watchlist is about to release, we will send you a short message.
Your phrasing makes it sound like you think the entire list should be emailed to you.
If you want a copy of your Watchlist on your device, you can Export it, or Save the page in a browser.
The link to Export is found at the bottom of the page.

Do you have new usernames now?
In the 6 months since your prior thread's last post, have you received emails based on your Watchlist?
Do you receive any emails from IMDb at all? (GetSatisfaction is not actually IMDb; this is a service IMDb uses for the forum.)
Have you used the Contact form to deal with this recent problem? That is the best way to keep your email private and communicate with IMDb.
