Getting a bit stressed.
I opened up a pro account so I could add a photo to my listing and also a Bio.

Not knowing this created a whole new identity so when you search my name Jason Gurr I come up as Jason Gurr (i) and Jason Gurr (ii) all my lstings are on (i).

I do not want the second one all I wanted was to have the photo on my first account.

How do I go about getting the second one removed so I can claim Jason Gurr (i)

Hello Jason,
Just merge them, merging Jason Gurr (II) into Jason Gurr (I) which should get rid of the (I) and just leave you as plain Jason Gurr.

Go to the page about Jason Gurr (II) and hit the Edit page button near the bottom of the page
Select Name Correction or Merge ... Add correction
Hit Continue
Give the name as Jason Gurr (I)
Untick the box saying that you want to "Preserve previous name on existing credits"
Give the explanation, that they're both you and that you want to merge them
Hit Check these updates
Tick the box saying that you want to merge it into Gurr, Jason (I)
It also asks "Are you sure you want to merge this person with Gurr, Jason (I)?"
But that's exactly what you want to do so tick the box saying "Warning understood, go ahead anyway"
Hit Re-check these updates
The background should turn green(ish) and it should offer you the Submit button
Hit the Submit button to submit your request

Then just sit back and wait a while for your request to be checked, approved & actioned

Did you mean that you’ve a ”normal” IMDb name and separate IMDbPro page that you (accidentally) created? I mean you can’t really ”create” another IMDb name page just like that (without a link to some project). Not sure you can ”merge” IMDb name page and IMDbPro page.

Yes, unfortunately you can. During the name page claiming stage of an IMDbPro sign-up, we ask you if you already have an IMDb name page.  If the customer answers "no" then we will create one for them ahead of any credits being added.
