And she keeps re-appearing on the road. He hits her again and again. And she just keep showing up on the road and smiling at him. He finally drives off the road. I saw the clip in the 80s. So it is an 80s movie or before.

No. This one was older. It's like she was a ghost or hallucination and she had this evil ADR laugh.
