I am not able to login to IMDB Pro even after my card has been charged after my free trial period.

I subscribed for free trial and after one month my card was charged and since then I am not able to login to Pro - account. it keeps sending me back to a same page saying"start a free Trial" and asks me to choose payment method. And then it wants me to keep repeating same steps (add card Info and select payment options) which I did earlier. I have send many request forms to customer support. there is no solution from there side. Its been more than 3 months. I can't access the account ever after I have paid money!

HI,

Thank you so much for your response. I did receive your email as well. However, I did reached out to amazon at the time which was December and they said I will receive email but that would be from IMDB. As of today, I haven't received anything from amazon or IMDB about how can I access my account or what happened to my pro account? The only email I received from IMDB in December says "Please go ahead and try linking your IMDbPro account to your Amazon account and if you still are not able to log in successfully, please let us know." 
My card was charged. So, if you are not able to see successful transection then should I dispute it? Because my card was charged.  Also, is it possible for you to tell me my login ID? I just want to double check if that is issue?

Thanks for the update. However, I have already submitted that form couple of times in last 2 months. I receive notification that they are working on in and then nothing happens. I also submitted every details about my card for them to help me locate my account but then I never got any response.

Is there any other way?

Got it. I tried it but it says, make sure you are logged in to your account and I can not log in to my account anyway.

Please know that you can still sign in with the email address and password registered to your free IMDb.com account, which is still active regardless of your IMDbPro membership's status.

Hi,

Thank you for response. I did tried to login to regular IMDB by using the same Email ID and Password. It does allow me to login. But, it says the account was created on 12/9, the date when my card was charged. However, I set up my (IMDB and PRO) account on 11/10. Also, it doesn't show any of my details on profile (may be because its not IMDB PRO). Is it possible to void all these account and make new one. Because , this is getting too confusing. I am still submitting the form you have suggested anyway.

Hi Mitol,

Our records indicate you deleted the original IMDb account. This is why there are some date discrepancies. The IMDb account will not have your full IMDbPro benefits. Please follow the email sent to you from Amazon to regain access to your account.

HI, Thank you for your response. I did get email from amazon. I can still access the account. However, no access to IMDB PRO. Also, amazon says for the login issue to IMDB PRO, I need to reach out to IMDB, they can't do anything about it. I did submitted the form query 5 days ago to IMDB, no response yet.

HI Thank you of the response.  As per you email , I was able to login but it says 'Once logged in, you'll be able to complete your renewal process for your IMDbPro membership.' 

I am able to login but the issue is still there. It ask me to renew my subscription and ask me to select payment type(monthly/Yearly) and Payment mode 9(Card). I have already paid that in December.  

Please tell me how do I resolve this?
