When I click the edit button to try to edit the Parents Guide it does not do anything. It acts like it's locked up.

Sorry about that -- you should have editing permission.
It is possible that an ad unit is interfering with the page -- can you try reloading the page a few times or a different browser and see if that helps?

I tried it on both of my browsers but it's not working. I have been able to edit berfore.

Can you try disabling any browser plugins, particularly any ad blocking software? The system is working here so this is going to be some kind of local system issue.

Phew. I've been searching for help for a while now, as I love the IMDb site. Actually, I'm kinda addicted to this site as I watch lots of movies.
Like Matt Bruns mentioned, I've been able to edit the Parental Guidance, but the "edit" button hasn't been responding for 2 weeks now. Until I disabled the AdBlock for the site, then it works pretty fine. Thank you very much, this has been a helpful answer for me.
