I am trying to find out what my password is, but after i go to Forgotten Pass and enter my email... for a reset link.i never get any emails?

Have you tried doing it from the website instead of the App? I'm curious if this is a general issue, or something specific to the iOS experience.

This is what i have been doing... My problem is that i am not getting any email from you with reset my password. I am already 6 hours trying to figure it out?!? Is there a way you can help me? I need to change my passwor or learn what my passwork is...

When i go to logn in on my computer......there is an option to go to FORGOTTEN PASS, and then i have to enter my email. I did this 20 times at with a message from you saying" You will receive a link so you can change your passwork.....BUT i haven't received ANY emails all day! I don't get it?!?
No spam email, no email.

PLEASE, can you direct me somehow.?

BUT, What my problem is that i am going to Forgotten Link Page...ENTERING my email....then receiving a message on the page that i will receive an email BUT I NEVER DO?!?
i am receiving your emails...fro mthe support page, but i am not reeiving any emails from Forgotten Password.
PLEASE PLEASE let me know if you don;t understand my issue, or if you do?
And how would i find my passwords. This is a hole day lost in password search.....
This can't be that difficult. THANKS!

Hi Evgeniya,

As Ava said in her message, we've tested the "forgot password" tool to ensure this is not a widespread issue. We were unable to reproduce your issue. This leads me to believe this error is caused by one of the following:

1. Are you sure the email you're entering is the email address associated with your IMDb account? If it is not, this could be why you're not receiving the message.
2.  Have you checked your spam and/or junk folders?
3. If you answered yes to the first two questions, may I ask what email provide you're using?

Hello, once again, I have received your lat email and i am still having a problem. I am trying all the thingd you said. this is my email...to which you are able to send me emails.......when i go to the like page for a forgotten passwords, and put my email in i see the message that says you will have an email sent to you BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY EMAILS...Is there any other way i can contact you and work with you on this issue. I am trying to upgrade and pay money and it is very discouraging when i cannot figure this simple problem with you for 12 hours. Looking forward to receiving your email.

Evgeniya, Trevor has asked what the name of your e-mail provider is. It may help if you can provide that info.

it is a mystery for me how you can send me a message, but i am not getting any from the forgotten pass link?

Makes no sence. I hope you can help me out because this is my prefession. I need to do some imediate changes on the page...and i cannot even use it. thank you very much!

Evgeniya, the name link that you provided is to a NAME page.  You need to have a USER profile to log in as a user in order to change a name page.  An "Account" would refer only to a USER profile whether or not that is a free account or an IMDbPro account.  Here is a link to my IMDb User Profile:  http://www.imdb.com/user/ur3590033/?ref_=nv_usr_prof_2  There is a distinct difference.  I hope this helps.

I've removed your last reply as it contained personal information. LuvsToResearch is correct in that your name page and your user profile are different, this is why I was unable to locate an account for you.

Our records indicate you've added both log in by Amazon and Facebook to your account. May I ask if you've attempted to log in via these options?

I asked because this may be why you're not receiving an email from us as the log in is not directly associated with your email address.
