You should be able to enter your name as a producer and the system will ask you if you match similar names and you can select that you are not an existing name. This will create a name page for you as well.
To clarify further, if you are submitting your first credit, you should submit your credit through the online Update form on the title page. For further instructions please review our Help page here. Let us know if you need further assistance adding the credit.
