I'm very irritated. I cancelled my account at IMDBPro, but you still gets my money from credit card! This has been going on for another month. Please immediately cease this practice. Otherwise I will be forced to take legal action in the US through the Polish Embassy. I'm waiting for information.

So, Andy, I guess what you're saying is, shouting insults like a lunatic just makes you seem looney, but does not help what could be a more adult inquiry? Great advice! Thanks for that!

LuvsToResearch - but I HAVEN'T IMDBPRO ACCOUNT! I DELETED IT! But IMDB stiil charging me.
This is the problem. Not looking for billing/payment issues.
I can't contact with someone from IMDB staff. It's curious.
PS: bluesmanSF - it's not 15$. I deleted my account 2 year ago, but IMDB still takes my money.

Re: " ... can't contact with someone from IMDB staff":
LuvsToResearch noted this link: http://www.imdb.com/bill
Somewhere on that page, there is a "contact us" link
(within the main text of the page, not the footer),
leading to: https://secure.imdb.com/helpdesk/billing
But if you have do not have an IMDbPro account
(because it is already cancelled?) then apparently
that link would lead to the signup page at:
https://secure.imdb.com/signup/index.html?r=/helpdesk/billing
That clearly is not a contact page; it is just a signup page.
However, in the footer of that page, there is another
"Contact us" link, and that one leads me to:
https://secure.imdb.com/signup/v4/contact?c=r
However, that contact form does not allow me to edit
the contents of the Subject box. The subject line reads:
"I'm having problems signing up", and that text is locked-in
and cannot be edited.
Apparently, it seems, that form would be intended
only for signup issues, not for billing questions.
I don't know what to suggest.
Why doesn't IMDb provide a billing contact link
for people who no longer have a Pro account
but may still be getting charged?
Because that is never supposed to happen?
Well, what if it does happen? What then?
Where is the correct contact link?

Luvs' form is the one. If not logged in it gives a log in problem form.
It seems instead of canceling Pro, you deleted the user account, leaving an existing subscription with no way to use it. Instead there is a cancel link at the bottom of the page that should have been used to, well, cancel. This function is blocked now but two years ago? Who knows...
Good luck.

Hello All,
If you have any billing questions and you are unable to log in to your IMDbPro account, please use this link:
http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/login_problems
To assist in locating the subscription supported by your credit card, please provide the following details:
1) the card-holder name (exactly as it appears on the credit card)
2) the type of card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
3) the expiration date of the card
4) the zip code of the billing address (where the credit card statement is received)
5) the last 4 digits of the credit card
6) the date and amount of the last charge from IMDb
-Trevor
