I can't add my acting credit to my own project!? I am able to add all the other cast members.. but not me!? WHY!?

It's a little frustrating that every time I submit my cast members from the CATALYST Series project, all actors have been submitted into the cast sections except myself.. I am Terrence Edmonds and I approve this message. I am the director, writer, and leading actor playing the main character Max Montgomery.

If I could please have some assistance in submitting this credit I would greatly appreciate it.
Any questions and concerns please contact me at CatalystSeries@gmail.com

Thank you,
Terrence Edmonds

If/when a submission has been rejected (has not appeared after two weeks), you should post here the Submission ID Reference Number and staff can check on the status. If it could not be verified it's a good idea to, at the same time, add a screen capture of your name appearing in the credits. It can be forwarded to the page editor so it can be verified and approved.

Good luck!

What is the title that will appear on screen? And, is it that because it's a series or is it a film?

It is both. The title that will appear on screen will be CATALYST Series. It is a film thats broken down into a series for the web

But i guess in this case we would need to change the format to tv (web series) as they will break down into episodes

Do you have any suggestion on how to go about that?

Yes. Edit the title to format it as "CATALYST Series" (2014), including the quotes. Formatting it that way tells the system it's a series, not a film.

Just go to the title's page, click the "edit page" button and choose "Title correction" which is near the bottom of the page under "Other Corrections." It will change the format and allow you to add episodes as you have them. Then, all your credits should be added at that episode level.

The type of title is controlled by the Title formatting.  For a TV Series, the title is wrapped in quotes. This  is explained in the Submission Guide: Title Formats

In your case you would use the Edit page button and then select to Add correction to Title Correction (in the Other Corrections section at the bottom of the page.

You would enter the new title as "CATALYST Series" (2015)
Two messages will be triggered; one is caused by the word series in your title, and the other is the warning that you are changing the Type of title. Since  that is what you want to do, just check the 2 Warning understood, go ahead anyway boxes.

Hi Terence -

Once the title is listed as a TV Series, you will then be able to submit your credits to the applicable episode titles you worked on.  If after submitting your episode credits the updates are not processing, the best thing to do is post screen grabs here to help our staff verify your credits.
