I've emailed through the member question portal and have asked them to claim it and give it back to us and they don't seem to make it happen but give me the same answer to send them the url which I do. This has been going on since Feb. 14. Why in the hell does this company not have a real time person to talk to...I just do not get it. For what we pay to have a membership to not have someone to talk to is crazy!!!! It's weeks later and I'm still wasting my time with this nonsense.

I need my credit card removed and account cancelled today. The company will not accept email nor provide a phone number. A rip off.
