I can't upload a poster

I've been trying to upload a poster for my short "Mojave Impromptu", but I keep getting this error.

"Sorry, an internal error occurred while processing this image. Please submit a different image."

I've tried several different version of the image, but it still gives the same error. The photo meets the specs for upload.

Would love some help!

Sorry about that. This is going to be almost impossible to diagnose remotely, sorry.

The best option would be to contact your poster designer and ask them to export the poster in a different image format (and perhaps ask them to upload on your behalf just so the upload is attempted on a different system).

Another option would be to print the poster and take a decent resolution photo of the poster and upload that instead.

Thanks for your help! And we've tried putting up a poster from a completely different file. Re-exorpted files. Different browsers. Different computers. Nothing has seemed to work yet.

On http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3406616 We have three posters loaded and only need one for the main. Is it possible to make the poster with the character standing alone the main one?
