I can't watch videos. I am only hearing the sound, nothing appears on the screen. It's been happening weeks and my FlashPlayer is fine.

Are you having problems watching trailers or some other video?
Please provide a link to one of the video you are unable to watch.

What kind of devise are you using? A PC, laptop, tablet, smart phone

What is the operating systems? Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, OS 10 (Apple), or other

What browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, or other

Are you having problems watching videos on any other site?

I am using a Chrome Book, a Google device therefore using Google Chrome.

No, no problems with other sites, I am able to watch YouTube and other sites.

I played one of the trailers for Interstellar, which is one of the trailers listed at: http://www.imdb.com/trailers/?ref_=nv_mv_tr_3

I played the trailer with Google Chrome, Fire Fox, Internet Explorer without any problems.

I do not have any experience with using a Chrome Book, so I can offer very little additional help. Other people have reported problems using IMDb using Google Chrome. I do not recall the specifics.

Maybe another IMDb user who accesses the site with a Chrome Book may be able to help you. Likewise, one of the IMDb technical staff may be able to offer some advice.

Apparently the issue may indeed be specific to Chromebooks.

A few days ago in that thread, official representative Michelle wrote that "this issue is on [IMDb's] radar" and the reported information has been forwarded to technical staff.
