I'm not sure what you mean by "They took my photo off the film Full Cast List." You an be eligible for a credit if you actually were credited onscreen for the film. It would contain the attribute "credit only" as you are being credited but do not actually appear (this happens much more frequently in television episodes). Otherwise, you would not be eligible for a credit unless another cut of the film becomes publicly available where you actually appear.
