What is wrong with IMDB's techs? I've flagged 'bone-face' repeatedly for being libelous on the "The Space Between Us" board by stalking and posting a link to my FB page. Please help me already and delete his comment with my info!

Techs don't handle customer service issues, generally.

If you see violations of the terms and conditions, use the report abuse feature in place rather than post about it on message boards.

Then place the user on your ignore list.

Repeatedly reporting the same person can result in your future reporting being ignored by the system. This might account for the lack of actions taken after you report him again. If you're put on the system's ignore list, it's a silent and permanent action. It won't be reversed over time. So use the report function with care.

If you're having problems on the boards and don't agree with how they are moderated, which because of the small staff and the fact there are about 8 million boards, is mostly automated, the site suggests you stay off the boards and use the core features of the site only...the searchable database of film facts, primarily.

Good luck!
