I have lost the ability to edit the Parent Guides

I am an authenticated user who has never violated the terms of service, I suddenly find myself unable to see the "Edit" button for the Parent Guides (though I am able to see - and still not edit - parent guides that I myself submitted, ironically enough.) Have there been new changes I'm not aware of that would take away my ability to edit these guides?

Greenleaf: This isn't specific to you. It's affecting a lot of users.

A couple of months ago, the parents guides, FAQs, and synopses were being deluged with spam promoting movie streaming websites. So those sections all were closed down temporarily. They have since been reopened, but editing is only open to a limited number of trusted users. I can't edit any of these sections yet myself, either.
