I keep getting emails from Withoutabox saying a film festival is trying to reach me but no messages when I log in...

Good evening,

For some reason I keep receiving notifications from Withoutabox a film festival (ABFF - American Black Film Festival) is sending me messages (see below screenshot at the end of thread).

I sent an email last week to Withoutabox Customer Service and a person named Taylor responded this past Saturday. They gave me a canned answer about archived submissions which didn't resolve my issue but I let it go thinking the initial message I received was a glitch.

Now I just received yet another message from ABFF saying the same as before (to log in to view my messages).

My concern now is that there may be something pertinent I need to be made aware of.

I have reached out to ABFF at (info@abffventures but received an automated response saying submissions were closed -- this is the only contact info they make available on their site. No phone number).

Can someone please kindly advise if there's something I need to be aware of or if this is simply a glitch?
