Hi, lauren. It's not illegal for him to be cataloged. It's not illegal for the documentaries featuring to be cataloged. It would be against IMDb policy to remove the page about him or the pages about the documentaries featuring him. We, however, don't exactly have to tolerate anybody using IMDb as a platform for promoting child molestation, so any biographies, plot outlines, plot summaries, user profile descriptions, list descriptions, list item descriptions, reviews, trivia or whatever that promotes such can be edited or deleted.

By "Phedophile" I presume that you really mean "Pedophile" or maybe even "paedophile". 
But as others have said here, this is no place to judge people, even horrible people.
