I need to speak to someone about a correction to a submission that was declined.

I am the dept head for a show and I submitted changes to my departments staffing. One person needed to be removed from a specific episode that they did not work on and another person added themselves as a member of my team when they did NOT work on the show and ONLY worked in an assistant position for the opening intro sequence that was filmed over a couple of days. I have had conversations with the producers to get the correct title for that person's job and submitted it as was discussed with them. Both were declined for "Unable to verify"? I ran the dept.,  my name is in the credits and I know who did and didn't work in my dept. so I'm a little confused by this being declined. It is not fair to the rest of my team who DID do the work for someone else to include themselves in the same capacity. Can someone contact me or point me in the correct direction to get this situation corrected. Thank you

As you can see in my submissions the one person did NOT work on the series.... they worked only on the intro unit (which was only one or possibly two days)

They helped with the up-keep of the actors make-up and watched that actor on set. They did not actually do that actors make-up . The actor did their own make-up . There was only the one actor on that unit. This was a very small pickup unit for intros for the series.

That person was there to assist in the upkeep of the look established by the actor.

The title I submitted them for was the title the producers and I felt was the correct title for the job performed on that unit by that person not what they self submitted

The other person did not work on an episode and should be removed from that episode (as I stated).. all of this person's other credits are correct.

Thank you for your help..
