Apologies for the delay in replying. I was able to review the Award submission you referenced, and I observed some formatting errors that prevented your Update from processing:
If you look at a screen grab of your submission, in the sections where the arrows are pointing, you will see that there were incomplete fields where information is required. Specifically the title name, recipient name, and company name.
You will need to resubmit the award data, this time providing the complete information within the award form.
