I don't see anything that would help me submit the correction...

MAthePA, I did not read the whole thing 'cause when I saw it, I assumed I wasn't
allowed to edit other people's things and I wouldn't want to in case I screw up.

Yeah, I still don't want to do it in case I screw up but here goes and maybe someone can take it further.

I saw a movie when I was a kid which is around 1970 or so and I saw it many times at matinees in Sweden.

The movie is Uncle Tom's Cabin but not the old one from 1927 but this one.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059545/?ref_=nv_sr_2

I have no idea if the poster is correct as it's been too many ears ago but the rest of the info is correct.

So, today I was looking to see if I can find it somewhere online to download it as I haven't seen it in over 40 years and I would like to watch it but no one even knows it so I can't see where I would find it to buy or rent it, apart from the fact that I don't have a dvd or tape player.

So, I saw a link to another release and looked at it and it shows me this movie.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0260472/

Now, the two main characters are the same actors but the others are not. I don't know if this is some kind of remake or not and another reason I don't want to mess with something as I'm not certain so I thought I'd put it out there and maybe someone knows the answer. I've never heard of this one but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Thanks

George

guiri, I just shared the source of guides with you. The same guides from where I had understood that I am allowed to edit other people's things, and I may be not afraid to screw them up.

guiri, I've never watched the Uncle Tom's Cabin, both versions. But it seems they are very different, because the later version has 40 minutes of newly shot footage added but shorter for 35 minutes. So, 75 minutes of difference in time measures.

...and hence why I would not have edited it even if I could. Like I said, I didn't continue to read because I do NOT want to edit other people's stuff even if I could.

Those 40 extra minutes must be with the new people.

The movie is great, at least the 65 year version but you may not ever have the chance to see it 'cause I can't find it., If you do, please share.

I actually did find it some 5 years ago on some video site and you could download it for $5 which is what I was going to do but then when I found out I had to have their software to do it, I changed my mind. Too much software on my computer and more proggies usually lead to more problems.
