I upload a poster of a movie but it showed error uploading image everytime.
I checked the format and size of image. I tried another browser, computer and internet. All failed.

Can you try uploading the image again, if you continue experiencing the same problem can you confirm what title page you are uploading the image to, also confirm which browsers you tried and the format/file of the image. Also, have you tried adding images to other title pages and experienced the same issue, or is it just for this particular title?

I tried to re-upload for few days but it doesn't help. The title I tried to upload are' the lost land(2017), return(2018), kongfu diva(2018) and rise of the legend(2018)'. I tried on Chrome, firefox and many other browsers. The format is jpg.

What is the error message you get? If you are using reference view full cast and crew try un-checking that.

tks jake. The error message is 'Error uploading image'. I tried the link as you post, same result
Sounds like the image is under 50KB.
nope, all image are 1m around. I also change the size of them try to meet the website requirements. No help. I don't know why,.
What do you mean 'all image are 1m around'
I mean the size, they are over 50 kb, mostly are 1 megabytes.
Can you post a screengrab of the error message.

Maybe something to do with the way the poster has been saved then uploaded.
