When a company deliberately hides behind a wall of "customer services reps" and computers AND STEAL your money during the wee hours of the morning, THAT IS NOT BUSINESS. i haven't purchased ANYTHING from IMDB and i want the $21.39 which was stolen from my account to be REFUNDED. This is not the way to do business. I demand a refund immediately. In a case like this, I would sue in small claims court to prove on paper that this is not good business. I will certainly take to Twitter with my grievances.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE! I tried the pro account for 28 days out of the free 30 days nearly 3 months ago! Why did your company take $21.39 from my credit card at 1:30 am? I demand a refund in full within 5 hours of this post. i do not have 2-3 days to wait. This goes against all practices and policies of business. Unauthorized use of a credit card is a crime. I do not owe imdb anything and there is no agreement that says I owe $21.39 for any services. This is also good reason for me never to engage in such business with this organization. REFUND IMMEDIATELY
