I want to cancel my IMDB Pro account and I would like a refund for last charge as I have been unable to figure how to cancel it

Have been unable to figure out how to cancel this account since the trail was over I don't even know my login I know it went through amazon I would also like a refund for at least the last payment since I have no clue how to sign or how to cancel it
