The series seems to be in IMDb with its longer title:

Greg, do you mean that you worked in the series during its first year/season 1973? Or what the ”first series” mean?

As pointed out in the links above, you should add the episodes to the series first (where you worked) and you can also add your name/credit at the same time:

”If the episode(s) you worked on are NOT present in the database, you will need to add them as new episodes first. Go to the main title page for the television show, and select "add new episode".”

Now, finding the original episode dates/order can be tricky (especially online) since this is an older series, but one suggestion could be to go the library and/or the archives and find the original air dates from the TV listings (magazines/newspapers). If you worked in every episode (first year), it’s a bit easier: find the original release date of the first episode from the TV listings (hopefully it even says ”new series start today” etc, or maybe there’s even an article about it) and carry on from there (it probably aired at the same day/time slot in every week?).

It requires a bit work, but the ”detective” part of process can be actually quite fun. At least if you take your time and drink a lot of coffee. Good luck.
