My full name (first, middle and last) have been used for Oracabessa as some kind of protest rally person.
1. I've never acted or auditioned for a film
2. I never heard of the film until i googled my name to make sure my art was prominent in my search
3. so its just coincidence that someone with my full name would act in a movie filmed in a city that I currently live in? I don't think so.

I am not understanding. Thank you.
I would like proof that you're allowed to have my name on this site without my permission. Where is the proof from this movie that i somehow magically exist here?

It could be another person with the same name? IMDb has literally millions of names and many cases where people have a same (or very similar) name. So you are 100% sure that you don’t have anything to do with this film?

100% sure. I've checked databases about people who live in the U.S and Ohio. We had to for class. I'm at least the only person legally under this name in this state for sure. It's the exact spelling.

I'm not going to go into whether or not there is more than one Cristina Feret or not, but the position she is credited for is an "extra". These are not eligible to be listed unless they were specifically shown on the screen. I tried to find the movie to watch but have been unable to do that. I think all the "extras" should be removed unless there is evidence that the film lists the extras.
From the cast guide: "We will accept "background" or "extra" if that's how the credit appears on screen, but "background", "extra" or "bit-part" will not be accepted as a character name on the title if the role does not receive an on-screen credit. If that is the case the character name should include a description of the part - Woman with Dog, for instance - and (uncredited) in the 'attribute' box. But see below - they must be recognizable."

Adrian, IMDb can’t remove names just because some names seems to be ”extras”. Someone should now prove that they’re (a) not listed in the actual credits and (b) they’re not visible on the screen.

Eboy, they most certainly can by following their own policy. If they allowed "extras" to be added without verification. You cannot prove a negative, thus the positive must be proved before you accept extra credits.
If these extra credits are not proven by uncertain means "i.e. screenshots of the credits listing extras", then they should be removed as unproven.

Hi Cristina,
I've checked the title and your name does not appear on screen in the end credits. Based on this I've removed your credit and name page from the site.
Regards,
Will
