In order to have the Actor category appear prior to Misc, Crew you will have to have more credits in the Actor category tag appear under Misc. Crew. Assuming this is you: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm5830143/re....

You need to have acting credits added to the database. Do you have any? Since you already have an intern credit, you can add roles where you appear and are easily recognizable even if you did not receive an on-screen credit. Here is a link to a Help Page: http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?re...

Thanks again. I have found a film on your database; "Tocks" (2014). I am listed as Star/Cast but it is credited to the wrong Steve Carroll - Steve Carroll (XVI) and NOT myself - Steve Carroll (XIII). I'm not sure how to fix this.

It looks as if someone added the credit and because they did not know which person to attach it to, IMDb set up a new page. I am providing a link to IMDb Help Page on merging two names, read and follow the directions carefully in order to merge it properly. http://www.imdb.com/help/search?domai...

Thank you so much for your very kind help. No, I did not know that. I have followed your useful guidance and will keep my fingers crossed. Do you happen to know how many of these credits I will need before they change my category to "Actor"?

Steve: Each television episode counts separately. You have Miscellaneous Crew credits on 4 episodes, and once the merge of Steve Carroll (XVI) into Steve Carroll (XIII) goes through, you will have 1 Actor credit. So you will need at least 3 more Actor credits to have that category tied with Miscellaneous Crew, and 4 more to have Actor become your most common category, under which you will be listed.
You can achieve this with any combination of films and television episodes -- 4 films, or 4 episodes, or 1 film plus 3 episodes, or any other combination adding up to 4 Actor credits.

Hi, thanks again for your generosity. I suppose that I will just have to go through my resume to find out which ones have been listed. I did not realize that it was that many. I really appreciate your help. Best wishes, Steve

Hi, The "miscellaneous Crew" credits on my profile are nothing to do with me and I cannot tell who they do belong to. How do I remove these from my profile? Steve
