If what you're asking is, "Can DMC: My Adoption Journey (2006) (TV) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0777205/c... be streamed or viewed via IMDb?" the answer is no. The "watch it" button on that film's page is not highlighted, so IMDb has no options available for watching it. You'll probably find that's true for most TV movies.
If you were expecting that all titles listed are available for streaming, you'll be disappointed to know the site is not a streaming service.
