I use the message boards all the time.  Just now when I click "Start New Topic", I am taken to this page http://www.imdb.com/read_only/board_post_reply and it says:
 "
The requested URL was not found on our server. Go to the IMDb homepage ...

404 ERROR Page not found? INCONCEIVABLE."

I can REPLY to posts, though.

What is going on?

Thanks, Robert

Wow, so pleased with myself (I know so little about computers).

Yesterday here was the situation:
(1) I could make REPLIES to threads on the Message Board. Good, OK.
(2) But I could not "Start New Topic." If I clicked that link, I would get this error message (from my screen shot):  http://www.antiquegamblingchips.com/aa/404ErrorIMDb.jpg

Anyway, I think the problem has to do with IMDb changing things (like an Obamacare improvement).

Here is the cure:

¶ I used to reach the Banshee Message Board through this bookmark of mine:
There, when I click "Start New Topic," I get the 404 Error message.

¶ But if I add "/threads/" to the URL, there is no problem.  To wit:
There, when I click "Start New Topic" everything is OK.  So that will be my new bookmark, though I like the other format better.

Robert @ That fix worked but I hope IMDb fixes this bug because doing this always is annoying.
