I got sent a message from the IMDB Help Desk saying I needed to
provide links in the Miscellaneous Links section for pages I'm trying to
make when I had already provided acceptable links in that section when I
sent the request to make the pages before I received this message, what
is going on?

If you received a request to provide more evidence of eligibility of a title, it means that the evidence you provided in the original submission is insufficient to add the title; if you received a request to resubmit a title with evidence of eligibility
and the title wasn't added even after you complied with the request, it means that our editors thought that the either the title is not eligible to be added or the evidence you provided doesn't support the claim that the film exists or is eligible.
In simpler words: if the titles have not been added, it means that the data you have provided is not enough for us to add them.
A cursory glance at the titles you have attempted to submit shows that these are may be at best, projects that are rumored to exist or that are in very early stages of development, where there's possibly a script or a treatment, not films that have already been shot or that are about to be filmed. Assuming that the former is true, these would have to be added as in-development projects (which can't be done via IMDb.com). You submitted these as films in production, which is not the case yet.
My recommendation would be to wait and try again when these are actually announced, with a director and/or cast and a filming date set in the near future, or with at least more firm data/names attached to them.

I didn't see it as "provide more evidence" the way they worded it made it seem like "you didn't post anything in the miscellaneous Links section, even though you did already have them in there" in other words it made it seem like they didn't notice that I had put links in the miscellaneous link section like they had asked even though I already did, and they were sending it to me to tell me to do that and may have not noticed that I already did.

Please note that you're now replying to an employee of the site. You just got an official answer based on the actual submission. That wasn't a random guess. Regardless of how the contact sounded, he's just explained to you the actual problem. In many, many cases, their replies are worded in a general way and used for different but similar situations. This is to avoid re-typing a million times.
not to mention, I've seen a few posts on IMDB that are official pages, that provide less evidence and everything else than I do, that don't have official release dates or scripts or anything and are only films that have simply been talked about possibly happening, but haven't been confirmed or worked on as happening, and no effort has been made towards them.

people have the employee tag that aren't actually employees... I know I've seen it happen and have seen people publicly on a post say that it happened that way. so how do I know he is an actual employee and not just someone marked as one who isn't? and how do you know that it wasn't meant what I said when it was sent, because that is totally possible as well.

I know what I've seen and what people have said... I'm telling the truth here. you aren't me you don't know what my eyes have seen and read, you have no idea. for all you know I could be telling the truth, which I am, but you can't just automatically assume I'm lying when stuff like that can and has happened. Users cannot attach proper IMDb logos. If someone has created an avatar that looks like the logo but is not a proper badge, you should report it. It's never happened here so no, you've never seen it. Yes, I'm sure you've heard that saying a lot. I am not assuming you're lying. I assumed, though, you were successfully duped.
This board is monitored regularly by real staff. A post by someone pretending to be staff would quickly be deleted and any improper answer would be corrected by other users or staff.

I never said it was on the IMDB board, I used the term generally, meaning that I had seen it all over getsatsifaction and not on the IMDB board. and it wasn't someone who was pretending to be staff, it was someone who wasn't staff that had been given the employee tag on there profile, they admitted it on a public post to a bunch of people.

this is what they sent me. I already had the Miscellaneous Links on them before I recieved this message, so I went into each and every one and made sure that it had the Links still there and it did as well as all the information I sent them, and it did, so I resent it. so all these have been resent by me and everything else. I hope this is what you wanted.
sorry about that I posted it as a separate comment on here thinking you would still see it and be able to do something with it. I'll try posting it here and see if it gets to you faster and to see if you can actually do something with it.
